A breeder introduces herself!

I am Corina Muench, born 1970 in Floersheim (Germany), daughter of a family who is crazy about dogs.

My father bred German Shepherds for 25 years and did Show Handling for this breed, my grandmother bred toy poodles.

Since 1970 until today I had to do with dogs, breeding and shows.

I learned a lot of my father and my grandmother and I still appreciate their advice.

They say that my love to dogs is constitutional!

I attended every German shepherd show and I was excited learning what an exhibitor/show handler

has to take on to make a dog a champion.

One of my brothers is nearly as crazy as I am about dogs, he is President of the German Shepherd Club in Floersheim.

This Club was like a home from home when I was a child.

When I stood on my own feet, I decided to buy my first own dog. It was a poodle bitch named

We lived in a city apartment with only a small garden, so it was not possible for me to have a bigger dog.

But the passion for showing and breeding began and I bred poodles from 1993-1998 in the German DPK/VDH and I was really happy.

But life changes and so I had to give up my breeding and I am still very sad about that.

I like to mention that Fahra got 16 years (she died in 2006) and her offspring is still alive and kicking.

After this time some years without dogs followed because I started a new chapter in my life.

In 2003 a dream came true: I found a wonderful partner and we fulfilled our biggest dream - a Great Dane!!

came into our house and we quickly figured out that the want to breed and show our beautiful dog.

So the kennel "Hessenvilla" was born.

Since then, we had 5 beautiful litters of Great Danes and the offspring is already very successful at shows.

In 2006 a second dog breed walked into our life, the Boston Terrier.

Since that moment, we are addicted to these sweet gremlins!

We raised two litters of Boston Terriers and just increased our little pack with a very sweet stud dog from the US.



Our son Marlon (11 years old) also has a gift for dogs and he is already showing our dogs.

Marlon has an unerring eye for dogs and we are curious to see how his love to dogs will develop.

He is traveling with us from show to show and he is learning every day.

His big sister Tammy (18 years old) is not impatient of shows,

but she is a very good dog sitter and she assists at births since he was 4 years old.

I am indebted to my grandmother and my parents, they are always there for me with and help with words and deeds.

I also want to thank the Kennels "vom Knuellgebirge"; " Iskandar" and "Beauty Gremlins" for giving us our two outstanding foundation dogs.

We hope for many more years to come together with our loving dogs.

We do not live on our dogs but for our dogs and everyone who knows us can confirm.
